You need better input.
I help adults who feel stiff, foggy, disconnected, or not quite right explore simple brain-based tools that help the nervous system feel safer, so movement, clarity and ease can return naturally.
This isn't a workout.
It isn't physical therapy or massage.
And it isn't a one-size-fits-all solution.
It's an exploration process, and it starts with learning how your nervous system responds.
The best place to begin is with my NOTES.
This is where I share ideas, tools, and upcoming projects via email.
INPUT SHAPES OUTPUT.
Pain, stiffness, balance issues, and brain fog are often outputs, not the problem themselves.
Instead of chasing symptoms, we explore different kinds of input and notice how your system responds.
These might include:
Some inputs help.
Some do nothing.
Some aren't right for you, and that matters.
Your nervous system decides.

Recovery doesn’t always end when pain goes away or rehab is complete.
For many people, the body continues to protect long after the original issue is over. That protection can show up as tension, stiffness, hesitation, or a general sense that movement isn’t fully trusted yet.
When that piece is missed, people feel stuck, despite doing “all the right things.”
Body Recovery Series is a four-part nervous system education series designed to support people who feel off or stuck after a setback.

My approach is calm, individualized, and responsive to what your body is communicating in the moment. We’re not forcing change or pushing through symptoms—we’re helping your body let go of protection so movement feels easier and more natural again.
My story starts with a stroke in my 30s that changed everything. My body didn’t feel like my body anymore. I was told I didn't need any therapies, but I didn't feel ready or confident enough to do the things I used to do. Movements that used to feel natural suddenly felt foreign or difficult. I spent years trying to regain ease and confidence through various methods, but nothing fully clicked.
Later came fertility struggles and an emergency C-section at age 41, and once again, I found myself feeling tight, guarded, overwhelmed, and unsure how to reconnect with myself. It wasn’t just physical discomfort; it was the emotional weight of feeling disconnected from my own body.
And that’s why I do this work.
I now work with people who feel disconnected from their body after setbacks—people who have done what they were told, tried to be patient, and still don’t feel quite right.
My work is shaped by years of experience helping people move, recover, and reconnect with their bodies after injuries, illness, and major life events. I understand how frustrating it is to be told you’re “fine” when your lived experience says otherwise.
I believe recovery should feel supportive, not demanding—and that ease is something the body relearns, not something you force.
My goal is simple: to help you move with ease and return to a body that feels capable, supported, and truly yours.
If your body feels “off,” stuck, tense, or louder than you want it to be, I understand. I’d be honored to help you find your way back to ease.

Body Recovery Series is a four-part nervous system education series designed to support people who feel off, stuck, or unsure where to start after a setback.
Each course in the series explores a specific layer of nervous system support, helping you better understand what’s happening in your body, how different inputs affect your system, and how to build steadier support over time.
The courses are educational, exploratory, and designed to stand alone. You can take one course or move through the full series as it unfolds.
Finding Your Baseline is the first course in the Body Recovery Series and a supportive starting point after stress, injury, illness, or disruption.
Inside this course, you’ll explore:
The course concludes with guidance for creating a personalized YES list, a short list of supportive drills your system responds well to, so you’re no longer guessing what might help day to day.
This course is designed to help you create a steadier starting point without pushing, fixing, or doing more.
Finding Your Baseline is available in two formats:
Both options offer the same core material. The guided option is for those who want additional structure and shared exploration.
Additional courses in the Body Recovery Series will be released over time, each building on the last while remaining accessible on their own.
This series also serves as the educational foundation for future ongoing support offerings.

Often, yes — because we’re addressing the brain-body connection, not just the muscles or joints.
Many clients come to me after trying stretching, massage, PT, or chiropractic and finally feel relief once we work directly with the nervous system.
Drills are gentle and always tested before we continue.
If your nervous system doesn’t like something, we simply stop and move on. We do not force.

No. These sessions are wellness-based and self-pay.
